Flowers and Gifts Substitution Policy
Nicci Goodin Designer Florist pride our selves on stocking the freshest highest quality of flowers available.
We put a lot of thought into the design and then execute the best floral design suited for the occasion and within budget.
The images shown on our website are a guide only and we will endeavour to match as close to the photographs or to your specific tailored order due to seasonal availability.

We have the right to substitute a product of the equivalent value, we do our best to contact the sender, but in most cases due to meeting courier deadlines we have to substitute to the equivalent value to meet delivery date and time.

Cancellation of Order
Nicci Goodin Designer Florist cannot cancel any order that has already been made up.
If the cancellation request is made prior to the order being made up Nicci Goodin Designer Florist will accept cancellation and provide a refund.

Funeral Flowers
Please provided the name of late and funeral home details if flowers need to be delivered to the funeral home.

Wedding Flowers
We are currently no taking on Wedding Bookings.

Ball Corsages & Button Holes
Due to the demand and capacity during these times we are unable to offer custom picked corsage and button holes.
All Corsages and buttonholes will be neutral in colour using our signature white orchids and greenery. 

Event Flowers
Please contact us 1 month prior to your event to secure your date and allow us to pre order your flowers.
Delivery service available to and from your location.

Currency
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%. For Currency conversions please check: www.xe.com the quick currency converter.

Credit Card Payments
Please note the name that will appear on your credit card statement will show as Nicci Goodin Florist
