Meet Nicci Goodin
The face behind where it all started.
After founding “Nicci Goodin Designer Florist” in 2002, Nicci has spent over two decades creating beautiful blooms and being part of life’s most special moments.
What’s your role in the shop?
Owner/Director, Floral Designer, and truster of the most amazing staff!
Whats your coffee order?
Flat white
Fave thing about Floristry?
Working with amazing people, staff, clients, beautiful blooms and being creative
What’s your favourite flower?
The smell of Lily of the Valley and Blush Peonies
Fave things to do outside of work?
Family time, beach walks with my boys (Frankie & Scout Cavoodles)

Meet Kendra
Kendra has been with Nicci since School placement at the age of 16, (17 years ago!). An incredibly talented florist, a caring soul, and a super mum.
What’s your role in the shop?
Senior Florist, mostly full time Mum, so now we call me the “Part Timer” lol
Whats your coffee order?
Flat white or Hot Chocolate for a sugar fix
Fave thing about Floristy?
The yummy selection of flowers each season. Love making customers day, and love the busy periods! Espicially Mothers Day.
What’s your favourite flower?
Uhmm that’s hard! Love Hydrangea and Dahlia Season. Dislike red and yellow flowers.
Fave things to do outside of work?
Family Time and Netball.
Sweet or Savoury?
Both, Love a sweet treat but also love a pie hence started the gym lol

Our bubbly all-rounder, who loves all things pink. She has been with Nicci since High School, now coming up to 10 years next year!
What’s your role in the shop?
Full time Florist, plus social media girl, stock orderer and technology fixer lol

Flat white
Fave thing about Floristy?
Being creative everyday! And working with beautiful flowers, no day is the same
What’s your favourite flower?
Changes all the time, from dahlias and hydrangeas in the summer to beautiful roses all year round (I’m always the one to prep the roses)
Fave things to do outside of work?
I love a morning gym session, walks along the walkway and cocktails with the girls (always an espresso martini)

Forever Sweet, I love chocolate!

Quick on her feet and our crazy plant lover.
What’s your role in the shop?
Senior Florist, your wedding and events expert plus plant guru and flower delivery girl.
Whats your coffee order?
Hot Chocolate - I hate coffee!
Fave thing about Floristry?
Love getting a brief but left to go wild.
What’s your favourite flower?
Tuber Rose and Anthuriums. Don’t tell my brother though, as he got a peony tattooed on him when my favourite flower use to be a peony.
Fave things to do outside of work?
Family time, taking kids out on adventures, beaches and definitely love more than one vodka.

Meet Hayley
Our newest member of the team. She’s kind, enthusiastic, and always eager to learn.
She has just completed her Certificate in Floristry (Level 2).
We can’t wait to see her grow as part of our team.
What’s your role in the shop?
Junior Florist. An extra helping hand for the girls, while learning new skills to be qualified Florist like them.

Caramel Latte

You have a brief but can be creative and put your own flair to it

Tulips!!
Fave things to do outside of work?
Walk my dog, sleep in, clean my house and love a cheeky wine on a Saturday
