Delivery Costs:

Local within New Plymouth City - $12

Sprint Service (specific time) within New Plymouth City - $30

Suburbs/Towns outside New Plymouth City (non-rural) - $17
These include; Waiwhakaiho, Bell Block, Inglewood, Waitara, Omata, Oakura, Okato,

Taranaki Townships (non-rural) - $20
These include: Opunake, Stratford, Hawera.

New Plymouth or Taranaki Rural (1-3 working days) - $30

Delivery Basics:

Please order before 1pm for New Plymouth same day delivery (Mon-Fri).
Orders will be delivered between 1pm-4:30pm on your selected delivery date.
Please select our 'Sprint Service' if your order needs to be delivered before or at a specific time.
Orders to Omata and further coastal must be placed before 10am for same day delivery.
Rural addresses - Please allow 1-3 days.
Saturday Delivery - Please order before 11am (Delivering within NP City only)

Supplied Delivery Details:

It is essential that all spelling and information of all names, company name, apartment or service property name, addresses, and telephone numbers provided by the customer are correct and advised to ensure a prompt delivery with no errors.

If the delivery needs to be made to an apartment or secured property a telephone number of the recipient must be supplied to call and arrange a suitable time for delivery.

Nicci Goodin Designer Florist will deliver to the address provided. Nicci Goodin Designer Florist takes NO responsibility for wrong information and additional charges will apply for redirection of any goods/flowers.

Local Courier:

For all Local deliveries within New Plymouth City we have our own in-house courier service.

We believe our couriers take up the most care in the hand delivery of your carefully packed flowers and gifts. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.

Orders will be delivered between 1pm-4:30pm on your selected delivery date. Business addresses have priority.
Please select the SPRINT DELIVERY service if you are needing your order to arrive earlier or at a specific time.

Courier Companies:

We use New Zealand Couriers for all our non-rural deliveries outside New Plymouth City. These include; Omata, Oakura, Okato, Inglewood, Bell Block, Waitara and Taranaki Townships.

We believe our couriers take up the most care in the hand delivery of your carefully packed flowers and gifts. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.

Nicci Goodin Designer Florist is not liable for any late deliveries due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any part of the order. Mistakes happen!

Please let us know any additional helpful information about the delivery destination if its a difficult place to get to, or you accidentally typed in the wrong house number, let us know ASAP and we will do our best to help you. If you have given us the incorrect address, we are happy to have them re-delivered for you at an additional delivery fee cost.

Rural & Overnight Couriers:

Gift Baskets, Fresh Flowers and other gift items are available for delivery throughout the North Island of New Zealand and Local Rural Addresses. Fresh flowers will be arranged 'posy style' in a glass vase with fresh water to ensure they keep as fresh as possible.

We (Nicci Goodin Designer Florist) endeavour to deliver flowers/goods on the agreed delivery date. You will need to place your order ahead of time as Rural Addresses and Addresses outside New Plymouth can take 1-3 days to arrive.
